Arrival at Chandigarh (The City of Beauty) Airport/Railway Station by morning meet our representative and travel to Shimla (Summer Capital of British India). Till evening you will reach Shimla then check in to the hotel and take some rest and overnight stay at the hotel.
On the way if you have enough time that you can visit famous Yadavindra Garden, Pinjore(Panchkula). Pinjore Gardens (also known as Pinjor Gardens or Yadavindra Gardens) is located in Pinjore, Panchkula district in the Indian state of Haryana. It is an example of the Mughal Gardens style, and was built by Patiala Dynasty Rulers.The garden is in the village of Pinjore lie 22 km from Chandigarh on the Ambala-Shimla road.

13. Any extra expense such as route change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced.
14. Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary/ Holiday Package Offer.
15. Any Personal Expenses- Tickets for pony yard, yark ride,paragliding skiing, mountaineering etc..
Remarks:
1. Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month.
2. The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
3. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
4. Minimum persons required as per plan. If Number of persons will be change then cost will also change.
5. Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
6. Extra bed means Extra mattress.
7. AC will not work in Hill Stations.
8. Heater charges are extra.
9. The car may or may not have power windows.
10. The above cost is based on existing tax structure, if any case the tax structure changes (vehicle & hotels) the cost will also change.
11. In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
12. We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
13. We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
14. Every sightseeing will depend on time.
15. We shall no responsible for any natural disaster.
16. Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
17. Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.
