Please Note:
1. Coaches/ Tempo Traveller are not allowed in airport premises so we will send Non Eco / Omni Van for Airport Pickup only.
2. Package cost changes as per no of passenger increase or decrease.
3. If any change of rates by hotels / vehicle vendors, then the given package cost is not valid.
4. Vehicle will be charged Extra for Pick up from Rafting Ending Point Which Client has to pay Directly. Approx. Rs.1500.
Exclusions
1. Any Airfare / Train fare.
2. Any meals other than those mentioned (Highlighted) above.
3. Any portage at Airport and Hotels tips, Insurance, Laundry, Mineral water, Telephone charges and all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions.
4. Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered.
5. Monument Entrances, Rafting & Camel Safari Charges.
6. Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”.
7. The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary.
8. Any Kind of Drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral Water, Aerated).
9. Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
10. Heater Charges in Hotels.
11. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
